Design and construction of approximately 943 m² of public facilities, comprising dedicated male and female restrooms, two prayer areas, and approximately 94 toilet units and cubicles.
The project scope included foundations and drainage infrastructure, light-gauge steel framing, architectural cladding, waterproofing, flooring, internal finishes, sanitary fixtures, custom cubicle systems, and complete plumbing and electrical installations. Virexon also executed the fabrication and erection of structural steel roof trusses and canopy structures across the development.
Complete mechanical services were delivered, including air-conditioning systems, indoor and outdoor AC units, copper piping, condensate drainage, ventilation and exhaust ductwork. The project was completed as an integrated civil, structural, architectural and MEP solution—from initial groundwork through testing, commissioning and final finishing.
